Geico Car Insurance Customer Service



Last September I wrote a post titled Lies of a Gecko in which I took GEICO to task for their "we're lowering the price of car insurance California" advertising campaign. They don't lose me entirely. Well a few weeks ago I received a renewal of the semi-annual car insurance I and this time they reduce the level of my six months of insurance $252.10 (reduction of $4 from the Bill last fall) to $195.30. Now that's what I call savings! Now finally I can compare rates with Insurance 4 my friend MotorTrade, lucky son of a gun that will soon hear from me!


Apparently this is the result of my current qualifications for "GEICO Safe Driver Discount". You know, I've never had an accident or insurance claims since it first received a LICENCE in 1986. GEICO just need a few years to understand that simple fact. Felt a bit rich when receiving bills, I pay the entire balance directly through their site, to pay the four usual payment systems I. But wait, there's more.



The next week I received another great package from GEICO. This includes a new policy, and other revisions for my car insurance rates: $164.80! Other savings were $30.50, or a total of 12% of my premium six months earlier. Apparently, it's not just me a "Safe Driver" GEICO now, but I am also qualified to get a "5 Year Good Driving discount." I went and went to tell GEICO. Only one problem-I'm already paying higher premiums. So, rejoice with torn between premiums my new budget car insurance and wonder how I can get my money back $30 I set two Pack it for 48 hours. I'm not going to have a look at the van driver insurance-insurance is definitely one or anything anywhere, it has kept me locked up.

After checking my bank account the next day (a constant habit of mine), I find that GEICO has succeeded in restoring $30.50 back to my account! Now that's customer service, my friend!
